Need suggestions

Hi Everyone,

as the title says need suggestions for my career. i have been applying for multiple positions through direct applications and referrals as well but no luck in getting interview at all no matter how much i update my resume or improve skills.

i have 3+ years of experience in cloud infra, risk & compliance, security and currently working as a system analyst. i want to move on in my career in security domain but not getting any chances.

the last interview i got was from google in January this year in which i got rejected at mid stage and since then there’s no progress.

what am i doing wrong and how can i land more interviews?
