Hii all I am presently working in Wipro as a scholar trainee I am in 3rd yr of this wilp program . I am working as GCP cloud operations support in the current project.I am not getting much guidance from my team and the ticket comes on daily basis is also less there is no much work to gain knowledge mostly I work on Excel and report works rather in Google console I am underconfident to make a switch and I have completed associate level certification too still feels like it’s not suffice but i am looking for some devops role in other organisations I need idea what can I do further … will I get a better package compared to present organisation??

I might have recommended you to switch if you were in 2nd year or before. Since you have already completed 3 years, I would recommend you to just wait for one more year and complete your Masters Program. Just before the employee conversion next year(December), start looking for jobs and resign with a one month notice period.
Meanwhile, work on improving your skills and get the confidence to switch companies. In this one year, apply for jobs and observe what companies are looking for exactly and try learning those technologies in your desired area.

You should definitely switch to a new company. Your current role is not giving you enough experience or confidence. DevOps roles are in high demand and you will likely get a better package. Don't hesitate, just go for it.
