Need suggestions !!Comfortable job but no learning - should I take the risk?

I have 4 years of experience, currently at Deloitte (12.26 LPA, last working day 15th Sept). Work is mostly monolithic apps with JSP, no exposure to microservices or modern frontend. My TL/Manager are biased, so I’m not getting good tech work. I’ve been able to clear first technical rounds in companies like Amex/McKinsey/BlackRock but fail in second rounds due to lack of microservices/frontend experience. I now have an offer from Wissen Technology at 16 LPA (joining 22nd Sept). Deloitte is comfortable but stagnant. Should I move to Wissen for growth or stick with comfort? Feeling nervous about the decision
