Trending @Infosys; Need suggestions

I have joined Infy in 2024. Before that I worked in TCS and I was in support role only. But here I was assigned a development project and under me only one junior was there. So it was horrible experience, sleepless night anxiety everything. I conveyed the same to my manager but he was not ready to understand anything and had only one dialogue you are experienced you should know this. This impacted my mental health badly and after that got one support project and I joined and it was good I managed everything and new manager was also very happy. But this support project were there for 3months and after that same manager pushed me to Development role again so the same trauma going on..one senior developer is there but he seems very busy in his work he hardly gets time to connect with me. I am worried again and my manager is continuously looking for my performance. Probably IT is not for me...but I can't even look for other because I am almost 30. Any suggestions anything that can help me?
