Contact with your people Lead , explain situation. If there is a genuine reason like health of self / family then should be ok along with appropriate support.
To keep in mind overall approval is now capped to 90 days in a year. So while you apply for 30 days , consider if once a week in office is manageable.
Every 1 visit a week reduces that 5 days of exception.
