Try to get a job offer and then resign. Also if you have already been in the project for 18 months you can change your project through internal job portal. Changing project after 18 months cannot be stopped by your project manager.

Am in the same boat. I would say first Express this concern to your Project Manager and loop other Seniors as well and wait for the outcomes from them. If you see no positive outcome then look for job and resign. The thing here is we need to be ethical with our Profession how unethical our surroundings might be, so as part of this it's our duty to first let the organisation know that things are not on the right wat and still if nothing works then QUIT.
If the surroundings are unethical you should be unethial, there is no space for extra high values person in corporates. If the team and senior are good to you behave in same way, if they are not then also behave in same way
Its better to get release from that project and search for job, if there also same situation then atlease you will be having same situation with extra money 😂 and maybe situation there can be better
