Need suggestions about IDBS, Danaher group of company

Hello all,

I recently got an offer from the IDBS Company (under Danaher Corporation) in Bangalore. I am having 4.8+ yoe. Is there anyone who is working with IDBS??? While interviewing the manager told that i will be a part of the new team, that they are creating for a new product and all. Can you guys please help me to give me some inputs about the company? How is the company work culture and all??? What are pros and cons of the company? Please give your valuable inputs.
