Need Suggestions

I’m currently working as a backend dev in a product based EdTech company. My In-hand salary is around 56k. Is this a good start? I’m a 2023 passout. I’m looking to switch in next 5-6 months. How should I go about it? Should I focus on DSA more as I’m thinking, I’m already getting dev exposure in my company.

Reason For Switch: Looking for Better Pay.

Anything above 5-6 lpa is good for freshers. It's on you currently to prove your value to org not the other way round. Degrees in India mean jackshit.

By B’lore standards this may feel low but if u r from tier 2 or below college then it’s ok. Not sure how u plan to switch but yes DSA all the way

Pls don't join an Edtech company.

Not really an EdTech but noted your advice.

It's a good salary. Try to stick around if the company is good
