I got an offer in Mindtree and I will be joining them on November 1st week, HR says I won't be eligible for 2026 October Hike cycle, I will be eligible only in October 2027.....this seems like I won't be getting any hike for nearly 2 years.
The compensation is with fully fixed component and no variable component, so no variable pay also on thosen2 years......what are the suggestions!?

I have 4.3 years of experience and package offered is 13.15lpa......this the max hike im able to negotiate (80%) from current Salary
