Need suggestions

I am newly joined TCS. I got a project on my first client interview and after i joined the project i found that the work is not matching to my skillsets on which i got the expertise and looking forward to grow more on the same. Here in current price no technical work is there and also not matching with my experience and skillset. I asked my tcs manager to release from this project and can align me in other project where actually devops related work available and i can be more productive there rather than this. But as usual my manager denied and asked me adjust as per the client requirements. As i don’t have that skillset my client often humiliating in meetings, from these i am getting kind of anxiety and mental stress. As there is nothing in my hand, i only could request again my manager but again he denied. Now what i will do I can’t continue with the project as no technical activity is there and neither my manager allow me to release from the project and plus i mentally not well since 2-3 weeks. As per quora like sites i found if i ask HR , they will not do anything as they are just listening managers. They can even block salary, reduce annual package or give lower band which i never deserve as this project is not suitable for me as per my skills. I given interviews in tcs on skillset Devops. Now what i will do as every day i feel down ? Is there anyone in TCS who actually can help me as my case is genuine and hope i will get some help soon here.
