I currently don't have an offer in hand, but this one feels quite low. Despite negotiations, the recruiter is unwilling to adjust the terms. Given the need to relocate from Noida to Hyderabad for a team in the Azure vertical, I'm unsure whether to accept it.

What about stock refreshers? I see that you're counting the same 13.64 LPA for all years. When will be the appraisal? Even 5% appraisal gives you 41 base if it is in the next 6 months. Take it, stay for 1-2 years and take a switch.
