Need suggestions

I am a mother of 2 and working at Bhubaneswar TCS. Because of timing and personal priorities I joined a new account post ML. But the work environment is very disturbing. I feel left out, mistreated, worthless despite giving my 200%. Considering a comparatively smaller branch and lesser options I am neither able to switch nor getting released. Not getting any interview calls even at this location and moving out is not possible. It feels very frustrating sometimes. Management and existing co workers are very unsupportive and rude. Not able to learn things as no one is ready to share any information. Resigning is not a good option but tolerating is also difficult. What to do, please suggest.

Please take a break enjoy some family time. Pls upskill on things you really want to do, considering your having kids. Pls pick the stream what work for you. Technical upskilling or non technical upskilling. Taking is release is easy once your upskill is completed. Take continued leaves they will release you. Hope it helps

Ok pls do some certification and then ask for a release. I think if you upskill technically you will have more options

I would suggest take Lwp for some genuine reason for which can you show some documents like mental health or something for atleast 2 months .once you came then start directly report to RMG ignore the previous project call if possible. (Open for suggestions from others too on this)

It sounds like you’re in an incredibly challenging situation, and I truly admire your strength in balancing motherhood and work despite these difficulties.

Your mental health and happiness are crucial. Dedicate time for self-care, hobbies, or anything that helps you de-stress and recharge.
