Trending @Accenture; Need suggestions

I Joined In Dec 28th 2023 at Level 12.3, completed all my training and working by my heart on of my (biggest problem) Completed probation period and sharping my knowledge in MNC, however my efforts and the revert from my senior didn't matched.

Monday I got good news that my level is upgraded from 12.3 to 12.2 with 4 percent hike on my base pay which is already lower 😅 coz I have come from Domestic that's the reason.

Now the fun fact on Monday my cowork takes 7.75 percent for sublevel movment.

On that day I realised how stupid I am working till 10-11 hrs sometimes on weekends too but they seniors don't care about my efforts.

Sometimes I feel lack of appreciation and my seniors don't recognise for my efforts.
