Trending @Accenture; Need suggestions

Hi all, I am currently working with reputed client project and there is work stress as I am new mother unable to tackle personal and professional life. I already informed my Accenture many and asked for release. They are telling that I need to work in this project as there is no other option. Can I talk to HR or how can I proceed . The client is dominating which I don want to work also
