Need Suggestions
Hi All, I am having 17 yoe exp, joined TCS 2 years back, got my first grade as A, I am managing a project which is a new logo for TCS and I am a very critical resource, customer always asks for me whenever some suggestions required. Should I ask for a promotion from C3B to C4, as it has been 2 years no salary increase and I am getting less then my ctc due to QVP deduction. Is it possible by any chance I can get this promotion.
You can certainly ask as you are performing that role as well. However they will give reasons showing policy, 2 years consecutive bands etc.
In my case I was insisting not to initiate C4 but they initiated silently and one fine day I received letter. Anyway my reason was different.
In your case it is new logo so it is good opportunity to ask promotion. VQA is no different story for C4. Same as C3B
