I am currently employed as an Assistant Cat Manager at Reliance Retail with a CTC of 13 LPA, and I have received offers for Category Manager positions at Zepto and Bigbasket with CTCs of 20.5 LPA and 18.7 LPA, respectively.
What should I do?
I am currently married and have financial responsibilities for my family.

I am concerned about job security.
See buddy, for some time keep aside the salary amount and focus on two things:

Are you learning something new in your current job otherwise do you think that your current role will be upgraded in some 1.5-3years?

The offer you got from new companies does they will boost your skills or you have to do the same daily or mid-range tasks.
Conclusion: Don't worry about salary just see where are your skills improving or in which company have brainstorming challenges to improve you.
