I’m currently working as a Senior Operations Analyst at ANZ with around 3 years of experience in the banking and financial domain. My current role involves mortgage processing, property valuations, insurance renewals, and document verification.

I’m now looking to transition to a new opportunity within the financial services industry, and would really appreciate some guidance. Could anyone suggest key skills or certifications I should focus on to strengthen my profile and improve my chances of landing interviews?
