Need suggestions

Hey everyone, I'm currently working at Accenture with a package of 8 LPA. Recently, I received an offer from Infosys with a package of 11 LPA. After putting in my resignation, my manager at Accenture has now offered me a promotion with a 20% hike to retain me.

I’m now in a dilemma—should I stay with Accenture or move forward with Infosys? Also, since I already submitted my resignation at Accenture and am now considering withdrawing it, could this cause any issues in the future?

Which company would be a better choice in the long run, and are there any risks in continuing with Accenture after this situation?

Take the promotion confirmation on email first. Call us your infy HR and say that I'm being retained. If you want to hire me, you need to give at least a 50-60 percent hike. Take 12-13lpa offer letter from infy and join there. Play the corporate game brother. You're here to make money at the end of the month. Love your work, not your company. Take the smart leap.

Will infosys will make any problems if I asked them for a revised hike after a new hike from Accenture and like any issues during joining after all this stuff ,

I'm worried that problems might happen during joining Infosys after asking for revision in the hike and all

Please whoever has faced this scenario suggest me better here , thanks 🙏

Don't believe in what accenture is telling unless u get confirmation directly in reward portal, even mails are of no use. For one my colleague they gave email confirmation with 25%hike in Nov cycle, and he took back the resignation, and after 15 days when the actual time came they refused saying he was not considered for hikes as he was in NP. It's just a trap. Even emails are of no use, now after 6 months again he has resigned.

20% will now make it to 9.6 L
I would say stay with Accenture or switch to different company if you get any offer
Because 9.6L at Accenture and 11L at Infosys is no difference. You will very small difference in salary. I worked for Accenture also. From 6.5 at Accenture Infosys offered me only 8L. Surprised salary is almost same. At that time I may have negotiated more. Did mistake

There are lot of cuttings in Infosys. 2pfs and gratuity from our CTC only. Read the offer letter, you will understand
Hikes are also very less than Accenture.

I would say stay with Accenture for 3 months or so. Shift project and find offer again at the end of the year. So no curse from your manager also 😊

Decide the best option for you

Actually I'm staying back at Accenture with 25% and hopefully thinking about getting a new offer after 6 months, so that I can get the best package on the current hike, thanks everyone for suggestions

They mentioned take back papers only once you get the promotion to get confirmation of what they are saying, but will there be any problems in future with my profile do they do something if I take back papers and work after resignation and all ?

If you don’t have any counter offer, better to stay in Accenture ,for 20% don’t think of joining Infosys ,Reason-you will not get hike for next three years in Infy.Accenture is way ahead in rewarding their employees.Even if you consider default hikes ,you will be earning more in Accenture in coming years
