Need suggestions

I am released from my current project from bank of America, and got another opportunity to work for different project (APAC) region of bank of America,

I am inclined towards this project as working hours of this project is better than us timings, where I can get evening time and have good family time rather than extending till 9 PM in us projects,

What are your suggestions guys, and thoughts on this ?? Any suggestions??

Switching to the APAC project seems wise if it offers better work-life balance. Evening family time is invaluable. Ensure clear communication with your new manager about your expectations. Trust your instincts.
