Need suggestions

I'm currently working in TCS and have a total experience of 1 yr. I'm seriously aspiring to switch to a product based company as SDE with a better package. I always start prep but loose motivation midway. I feel empty when I compare myself with other friends n family earning better than me. I'm constantly questioning myself n triggering my anxiety.

So I'm planning to give my everything this time and I need suggestions on what should I prepare, what all tools and technologies should I improve myself and tips on how to get more interview calls. Genuinely need ur support to upskill n switch.
