Trending @Capgemini; Need suggestions

I am working as senior consultant. I am on bench currently and also not getting any calls. It's been 3 weeks and it keeps me frustrated. Anyone who is senior consultant and on bench share their experience and can explain how much you have waited to get the project . Will it create an issue to my carrier if I will not tagged to any project soon .

I'm in bench from today.. already got multiple calls from HSBC, RBC account for tech discussions.. I'm planning to resign today and keep studying and attending more interviews..

What are the chances, I'll have to serve 90 days notice..

I somewhat heard that some HR don’t entertain even buyout for notice period, they say you’ve to complete 90 days… and exact last year, one of team member was told to search outside and if got offer they would immediately released in notice period only… So to my guess, about notice period thing totally depends on HR.

Yes, no clarity in any policies here.. always there will be an exception which will favor the Company..

I was on bench for a month then after I got a project. Don't worry you'll also get a project . My suggestion is keep following up with your RMG manager and sent them mails and loop your BU head also in it
