Need Suggestions
Hello Grapevine lovers, I need your valuable advice on my current situation i have 18yoe in ITSM and tech support,team lead role, in TCS from last four years. My pay package is very very low, i feel ashamed even to write here. I haven’t got any salary hike or variable pay since the last 4 years due to WFH I want to switch to another company but I’m unable to move forward. Can you guys suggest me which is the best platform to switch jobs? And how to manage with 90 days NP?in the end i got only false promises from managers for pay hike or on site opportunity. But nothing got materialized.
Sir, understanding that you have 18yoe, I believe that you have enough experience to see people move out and your own colleagues transition in life to other roles. I think you should internally try for raise. You can also go for other jobs considering you have worked so many years so will have substantial network to help you go out to other companies. You can apply through LinkedIn Jobs, naukri. Com, monster com. However it's your own network that will support you the best. Also if u have good links then spend effort in onsite opportunities. I myself have seen mostly ppl with good network easily get some opportunity onsite.
Linkedin , naukri - main job portal for India . Most of the companies do wait atleast 60 days , its how u convince them that u can try for bailout or otherways . Many GCC are coming to India nowadays , so try for GCC even if it's in other cities . Finally try product companies to the max . Use referrals via LinkedIn contacts in the companies to are applying for
