Need suggestions , ideas for my personal investment funds/stocks/gold

I have a budget of investing 50k monthly , I currently invest in quant small cap(20k) + nippon direct growth (20k) + motilal oswal direct growth (10k) , but I think I should diversify my investments, so any ideas details are welcome which would help me in long run
I hope you have built an emergency fund of 6months worth of expenses, have term insurance for yourself& have health insurance for yourself & dependents. If you don’t have any of the above, please build those first ..
I have 4L savings(which I don't spend, my salary is enough for my daily expenses ) , health insurance and term insurance as well
