Need Suggestions - Urgent on bench
Hi All actually currently am reporting to RMG its been one month I am goin to office all 5 days reporting to RMG everyday, facing her very disrespectful attitude but still reporting to her everyday but now when I need her she is simply saying profile in war room I cant do anything
situation is out of no where for one support role, one other RMG selected me and he is giving my name to project to allocate me.
Now that project is asking me to report to office and they are working on my allocation which am not willing to join
now what should I do in this situation -should i clearly say no to that project over mail -what will happen if i will not report to them -should i ignore this for a while
- or should i behave diplomatically and give them execuses that some other project selected me i will join that
- my rmg is saying she is not having any issues but profile is in war room, project has selected me, if i dont join this wil go to hr escation.
need suggestions here please...
Umm .. tell them that you don’t have this skillset and you won’t be able to do justice to the role . Looking for a role that aligns with your skillset .
Don’t say no upfront ..
write a mail more like it looks like you’re thinking more about the deliverables and won’t do justice to either .
I hope you get the point.
