
Need Suggestion!!! URGENT
Hello Everyone,
I need a suggestion. It is about TCS. So please anyone in TCS please help me in this.
I am working in TCS BPS since 2 years.Still unaware of all the policies to be honest And i am doing UK evening shift with NSA(from 3 pm to 12am). Now all of a sudden our delivery head informed us that we have to do 10 hours shift which is fine and we have to do 12 pm to 10 pm without NSA from Month of June. Now the twist is, it is only for Kolkata location, In Mumbai and Hyederabad associates working in same project will get flexible shift timings like 4 pm to 2 am or 6 am to 4 pm etc. and NSA. I know it is just an allowence. But cutting 4k cost from my salary is huge as per the current salary and hike. Also i have joined as a fresher so you guys have the idea how much they pay to freshers.
I definitely don't want to pursue a single day in this project but i have to wait. What should i do in this situation? And if i want to mail for release can i raise the reason of salary and NSA? Please if you can help me...Thank you.

Domain and Experience matters , NSA should be given but policies are complex.Try writing mails to HR and Manager get the point of contact to understand policy better. If this doesn't help use upskill and switch better opportunities are there. Make the most of ieveolve, udemy , LinkedIn learning. Cloud, devops , bigdata , sap, Salesforce any would do. Hope this helps ...
