7moNeed suggestion this is on behalf of my wife which company to choose?
She has 5+ years experience in IT 4 years in to SAP FI. Currently she is working for a banglore based level 3 company since it is a work from home opportunity with 6.4 LPA. Now she has multiple offers in hand which one to choose. Please suggest beased on CTC and work Life balance as we have a girl child studying grade 2
Accenture 8.6 Fixed = 10.1 LPA 1 day a w
NTT DATA ( 13.4 Fixed) 15.04 LPA WFH
Pwc 12.5 Fixed 2 days a week in office
IBM 14 LPA Fixed not sure with wfh/wfo

Assuming relocation is not in picture and no strong commitment to work from home, I will suggest IBM is a much better option.
But way in all your options as work from home have more advantages and better work life balance :)
