Need Suggestion: TCS or Cognizant?

I need suggestions here, preferably from senior folks.

I have 17+ years of experience in program mgmt. Currently in TCS at C4 with CTC 39L, 25% (9.75L) is variable. I get only 20% of this variable on average.

I have an offer from Cognizant at an Associate Director level. They offered CTC 48L, where 4L is the variable.

Should I switch or not?

With this experience, you are getting opportunity to increase your package, pls take it. Because in 5-10 years you will be irrelevant for market and very difficult to get a raise. So, better earn as much as you can and save as much as you can... But ya few things, with this switch, you will have compromise your comfort level completely, if you are ready, please go ahead

Blindly go for cognizant. Variable pay is a gimmick or fraud in TCS. In cognizant atleast they'll provide more than 50%.

Should I switch to accenture?

Hi everyone,

I received an offer from Accenture today with the following breakdown:

• Fixed: 9.4 LPA • Variable: 1.97 LPA (21%) • Total CTC: 11.3 LPA • Level: 10

Currently, I’m working at TCS with a CTC of 7.9 LPA (1 LPA variable)...
