Trending @Accenture; Need suggestion regarding switch
Full stack .net developer with 3.8 years of experience in Accenture but at same level since joining. Not exactly sure about promotion as my lead is not assuring but saying will try. Parallely I had one offer in Blue yonder with 50% hike but it is work from office. My current role is work from home so if i relocate it will fetch me 30 k. Confused to decide which is better between 11.5 ctc Accenture with wfh or 15 ctc Blue yonder with wfo. Any help pls?
How you switched bro … even I am in same position .. CTC 10.89 level 11 … 2 years of experience? Is your new position in .NET or some other tech stack ?
Switch to Blue Yonder. A 50% hike is significant. Relocating might be inconvenient, but it’s a good trade-off for better financial growth and career advancement. Promotions at Accenture seem uncertain.
