I am ASE and joined first project 10 months back but now I am feeling overburdend with work. Am I allow to change the project?

Bro, for ASE's it's not that easy to change projects or ask for roll off. But yeah if your manager is supportive and you have a genuine and very convincing reason to ask for roll off then go ahead otherwise try to do your work and complete 18 months in the project then you can ask for a change.
