Trending @Cognizant; Need suggestion regarding New Organization
Hi got offer from Accenture, LTIMindtree, HCL, Deloitte USI and Infosys. Deloitte is giving 150% hike on fixed, Infosys is little bit lower.
Now which organization should I join, I still havr around 50 days in CTS, that's why I thinking about which one I should join.
Any idea about work, projects, job security etc?
Wow I find it really impressive that you were able to grab so many offers given the 90 day NP. Can you share the timeline of the offers? Did you drop papers after your first offer and manage to get the rest while serving NP? Share your experience please. Ot might be of great help for the ones that are actively looking for a switch. Thanks in advance:)
First offer from LTIMindtree, and yes after getting the offer letter I have resigned, and after that got calls automatically as I haven't applied for the companies except Infosys. And my joining is in October, and most MNCs can take 90 days NP.
