Need suggestion please help

Hi , I have total 2.5 yrs experience in TCS.I'm on bench from last 15 days ..but I didn't get any mail from RMG regarding reporting to the office only getting mail for skillset and sharing that by sitting at home. So I have not started reporting. Will they take any action directly? I am waiting for their mail I thought if they are not calling then why to go. If anyone knows this situation and what actually happened earlier if anyone could please help.
