Trending @Accenture; Need suggestion on the market condition

Hi Guys,

I am planning to resign from my current position in accenture. How’s the market right now for SAP SD consultant. I have about 6 yrs of exp and CTC around 13. How much can we expect at this point ?

SAP is the most profitable domain of Accenture, why do you want to resign?

And to answer your question, for SAP and your experience it's decent

I am very thankful to Accenture for giving me an opportunity to lead entire SD domain and oversee implementation and Upgarde projects. It been a wonderful learning curve. But issue is monetary compensation, past 2 -2.5 yrs there is 0 hike inspite of being a top performer and getting all client appreciation. Expenses have gone up by 30-40% and with current family responsibilities , I am barely able to make it…

The reason for the same is you were hired at a higher salary, you were having 3.5 to 4 years of experience and had 13lpa so you were not having any hike since 2 years. Accenture or similar MNC will give you good hike and won't provide hike even if you're a good performer.

But at your position you should definitely resign and get another job, you'll definitely get a good one as you're a good performer.

With SAP skill you should try for onsite, there are plenty of onsite roles in Accenture and other companies for SAP
