Trending @Infosys; need suggestion on rating

hi all,

I got NI rating, I have few questions, please help in clarifying

1. is there any possibility of changing the rating if we ask manager, reviewer.

2. I’m working in same project since I’ve joined (as a fresher), will they put me in PIP ?

3. I have 2 years and 9 months of experience(Java, SpringBoot and Oracle SQL) looking for job opportunities outside no calls since last 6 months I’m desperately looking for,

4.how much time left for me in infy after this rating ?
