Need Suggestion on Job Change

Hello All, I am currently working in Accenture and have 6 yrs of total experience. I have resigned and got 3 offers, but confused in selecting one.

For Genpact or EPAM, I need to relocate to Hyderabad, hence thinking of TechM, but need your inputs on other aspects as well

Tech Mahindra - 18 LPA Fix + 10% Var.
Genpact - 18.5 LPA Fix + 10% Var.
EPAM Systems - 20 LPA Fix

I guess work and work culture is chill in Genpact. You will also get good work life balance. But hikes are very minimal.

I just switched from Genpact to Accenture, my view is that Genpact is a launching pad, not a company to switch at later stage like urs, u should consider other two companies

I switched from Genpact to accenture
my experience in Genpact was not all good . Please check before joining that you are not joining any operations or a BPO team since there max business comes from that only .Fact is that they will not tell which team you will join .😭
