Need suggestion on below matter...
In TCS I am working on cobol language but , now I am no longer interested to do the work on that language, 1.5 years over in the project and 2 years in TCS but now I don't want work on this technology so I am thinking take release from project if possible and I want to change my base location from base location to hyderabad, can someone please suggest me on this matter , what step do I need to take bcz from the project end also they are giving release if they gave is it possible to raise initiate transfer request? Will my base location rmg give release?
You should definitely take release from your current project if you are no longer interested in cobol. Once you get the release, you can initiate a transfer request to Hyderabad. Your base location RMG will give release if you have a valid reason and proper approvals.
