Need suggestion on Band

My project end initiated from April 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025. Afterward, I was on the bench until February 8, 2026, and then I allocated to one of the project. I received a ‘Project End’ IPF rating for my last project, but I am confused about who will decide my performance band. According to policy, my current project cannot provide a rating because I haven’t completed 60 days here.
