Need suggestion in below situation

Hi All,

I am having my chemotherapy as I am having my cancer recurrence and in this situation these RMG guys told me to take 7 days rest and then come to office for discussion. I provided them all the documents that it's not like that I took chemo and in 7 days I become normal. They are treating it like sardi jukham Wali bimari hai 7 din main thik ho jayegi... Guys I want your suggestion in this situation who can help me because I am on bench and I don't have any manager or lead... so to whom I contact for the escalation?? Please suggest....

Check rmg and hr hierarchy and loop them. You can attach medical documents and explain the issue, and ask them for time. It's just lack of their awareness. Please take care my friend. Wishing you speedy recovery.

Better raise a grievance in ultimatix I don’t know the exact link you can search and raise your issue there is a dedicated team for such things they will help you. Pls take care don’t worry keep applying leaves. Wishing you speedy recovery ✌️
