Need Suggestion from Leaders & Seniors for Switch / stick with TCS

I have ~5 YoE in Total, ~3 Years in TCS, but my Salary is ~7 lpa. I have worked in great projects with good teams. Current project is also similar to it. But I am now underpaid as YOE keep adding without Increase in Salary or perks. As during these times, We are awaiting the increment, no hope of getting my salary matched to market rate as per my exp. What should I do? I think i have already prepared myself for switching to another org, but 90 days NP is hurdle.
