Trending @Capgemini; Need Suggestion for leave
Okay... So my b'day is day after tomorrow and I did not take any leave on that day. I thought I have no plans so why waste a leave... But now as I am thinking, I really don't want to juggle with work tension at least on my b'day. I can't take planned leave as it is already too late for that... I don't want to take sick leave coz what if someone got to know that I am lying for my b'day... What to do... PS: Me taking leave will not effect anyone on my team or any work but I am feeling guilty for lying or making any excuse... Please suggest something... What to say to take leave... Should I even take a leave or not?
There is no point to be guilty here and copany itself giving you 2 leaves per month, it means u should utilize it. I dont think planned leave needs to be planned in advance as a mandatory practice, if it is not affecting anything simply say I am not available that day and thats it
