Need Suggestion for flats
I am thinking of buying atleast a 2 bhk flat in Mumbai, I'm 28 Unmarried with monthly in hand around 50K. How should I go about it ?
Thane is secondary option considering the prices in Mumbai are sky high.

Better stay in Rent,adapt simple lifestyle and Save for future, live happily..... If you buy, you will be in a pressure of Paying EMI every month, which will ruine your mental health over the period of time.
