Trending @Infosys; need suggestion
i am working in a project since past 3 years. now i don’t want to work there. as i am bored now of seeing the same screen everyday . although its a development project. still i feel like i am doing repeated things daily . i asked for release, but they are denying every-time stating me as critical resource and bullshit. i am trying to give health reason as well . but they are not listening. what shall i do. i don’t want to stay in this project. need a release. can we go to HR for this ?

i actually want to go to bench and change organization. if i resign , till what time i can take it back . if i can’t find anything in the Np time ?
There is no concept of asking for bench!! As long as your are billable and project is going on. No manager /unit will allow it. You can resign and take back your resignation upto to the last day provided you are maintaining a good rapport with your manager during notice period.
