Need suggestion
Hi,
I am on bench for 4 months . Even when I try to attend interview outside the tcs they ask for immediate joiner . If I told them I can join in weeks they are not accepting it what should I do? They ask for last day confirmation mail. Not getting projects calls inside as well. What will be best idea. Even some companies ask for last day confirmation for attending interview .In tcs what are the criteria to get laid off. Sometimes say tcs will give 80percent hike is it true?
What's your skill set? Just staying in bench help to get laid off
It's not like that bro if I get selected in project also I am fine .I got selected in 3 projects but all are not accepting me at last minute .it's a kind of frustration . Calling every project member for interview. And getting rejected at last minute
