Need suggestion
I am getting a lot of texts and referrals from my relatives, friends seeking opportunities in IT fields
And they are freshers or less than 2 years from college
Suggest what to do with those profiles ? Help me to help them get what they want.
They should be informed that references are considered effective only if the candidate has at least 3 years of experience, with 5 years being preferable. Those who are taking or suggesting referrals should be clearly told that if they have 5 years or less experience, they should refrain from approaching. It should also be communicated that freshers are expected to apply directly through company registration portals, as referrals generally do not work in large MNCs imcasebof freshers. Candidates with 2 years of experience should be advised to continue in their current company for at least 2 more years and focus on upskilling themselves.
