Trending @Cognizant; Need suggestion
Hi team..i joined recently in cognizant on January 24 but unfortunately due to cost reduction,I came on the bench .Now my ageing period is 33 days ...I have been trying to get a project from one month but not getting the project as mostly SO's are getting rejected for some reasons or getting cancelled.What should I do ?Shall I wait or shall I look for an outside opportunity?It's just a few months spent in cognizant but this is the scenario.
Same , with me as well. What's I'm doing is taking the hiring manager Emp id and asking them directly through teams. It does help out of 10 , Atleast 2-3 will respond
Look for another opportunity. Projects in cts are almost less to none so better go for another company
