Trending @Accenture; Need suggestion
I'm cl11, a recent promotion. I've completed 2 years in a project. It's a complete support role and becoming more hectic day by day. And its a rotational shifts including nit shifts affects my health as well. I've asked for roll off and they are ready to give now. What's in my mind is i should work in technical project and to get knowledge for the next 1 year and to switch. But peoples are telling me to not to get roll off as there are no projects in Accenture and that i will be in bench for sometime and will be forced to resign.. Now please tell me what to do
Don't listen just roll off . prepare to go to the next company .you will not grow here . By roll off you will get some time to prepare to use that wisely. You should go for Oracle cloud or sap or data engineer These fields are good now to switch easily
I will be on the bench in oct end and I got 2-3 soft lock emails so no need to worry I am from a testing background
Bench is a risk at the moment, what's the tech stack of yours?
