Hi everyone, I’ve received an offer from Adecco with a 40% hike. Is Adecco a good company to join? Also, I’d like to know if TCS would be able to match this offer.

What’s your YOE ? & as far as I know TCS won’t match this offer . They might give you 15-20%hike(specially if your proj has dependency on you ), but I would say it’s better to switch .
