Need suggestion
I graduated in 2022 from a tier-3 college and joined a Cloud SaaS startup as an early Software Engineer. It's a small team (~20 people) with seed funding, and I was excited about the opportunity to learn and grow. Unlike many of my peers who joined TCS, Infosys, or other big service-based companies (some with decent packages), | opted for a startup, hoping for both learning and monetary benefits. Over the past few years, l've worked on Go (mostly with GCP/AWS SDKs), handling tasks like Cloud Cost and its peripherals. I've also worked with React and Vue on the frontend, but most of my experience is around integrating cloud services rather than deep system design or high-performance optimizations. Now, I feel stuck. I don't have in-depth expertise in one specific stack, (regarding leetcode, trying very hard to become good at it) and the current job market isn't helping either. l've been applying for full-stack roles, even tried some big service-based companies, but haven't had any luck landing interviews. On top of that, my company is pushing for using cursor to boost productivity, but in reality, it's making developer more and more dumb. I also have this constant fear that my years of experience (YoE) keep increasing, but l'm not growing significantly in terms of skills or depth of knowledge. I'm even open to joining junior roles if it helps me get into a better learning environment. At this point, l'm unsure on what to do. Any advice?

For you scenario I am suggesting you to better to learn by yourself, my last project I didn’t learn anything but I use to do self study and I am able to crack interviews now
