I work on support tickets at LTIMindtree. Do most people at LTIMindtree also work on tickets? I currently provide M365 support, but I don’t feel like I’m gaining valuable skills in this role. Should I consider switching jobs? If so, what skills would I need to make a successful transition to a new company?
