Need suggestion about salary

I recently got selected in Capgemini as Network and connectivity engineer B role as I have total 5+ years of experience and relevant is 4+ years as L1 NOC and they are providing package of 9.5 LPA for Kolkata location as it is my base location, and this is last highest they can offer. Should I renegotiate as I have 13.5 LPA offer for Bangalore location.Need help as what package should I consider, thanks in advance.
