Trending @Cognizant; Need suggestion about career

Hi everyone I am working in cognizant almost for 3 years and out of them 2 years I was on bench and now in my new project there is no work for me . I want to switch company and in my current project the technology is used is not having scope very few companies are using this technology. So I request you to please suggest any career path which is easy to learn ( I don't like coding)
